Our recruiters fill the order — contract, try before you hire, or permanent.
You're paid on the 15th of the following month — 10% of the fee on perm, 25% of net spread on contract, recurring while the worker bills.

Net spread = what the client pays, minus worker wages and employer burden. Commissions are calculated on payments actually received; refunded or unpaid invoices are reversed. Self-referrals and companies already under agreement with 100X don't qualify. Earned commissions are never reduced.
